My family filed for chapter 13 late last year and we are still having all kinds of trouble paying the house payment and utilities. We are trying to sell everything that we have that we can get rid of to pay the bills. But gas & food has gotten so expensive, I just don't know what to do. I really need money to pay out utilities of they will be shut off this week.
